Guess Who Made the Paper?

Guess Who Made the Paper?

No, I didn’t rob a convenience store. I got published in the Globe and Mail! This is something I’ve been working on for awhile, and I’m so happy to finally be able to share it with you.

If you know me, or if you’ve spent much time on the TRI-TRAIN website, you’ll know that I’m a big believer in triathlon being for everybody, not just for elite athletes. That’s because I used to be that guy who thought the sport was for other people —fitter people. Crazier people.

But I’m not that guy anymore.

I wanted to tell my story because I know there are lots of people out there who are just like I was—pretty sure they could never finish a triathlon. I want them to know they can. And when they do, it just might change their life.

Head on to Globe and Mail to read the full story.
