Get the guidance you need to prepare for a triathlon with customized training plans and ongoing support, available for a small group of clients per month/season.

Monthly coaching package includes:

  • Initial field tests to determine your strengths and limitations, and your personal training zones
  • A training plan tailored to your goals and abilities
  • Customized swim, bike, run and strength workouts
  • Workouts that focus on: technique and form, aerobic endurance, power, speed, tactics and race simulation
  • Bi-weekly phone meetings designed to keep you motivated and alert Coach Jason to any adjustments that need to be made
