Sport-Specific Training

SWIM

Whether you’re just learning to swim, or looking to shave down your time and improve your efficiency in the water, you will benefit from a one-on-one swim coaching session.

Sessions take place in a public or private pool, depending on your preference, and include:

  • One hour with Coach Jason
  • Comprehensive analysis
  • Video analysis (when applicable)
  • Individualized drills
  • Email follow-up with tailored workout

BIKE

Do you want to jumpstart (or just start) your training on the bike? One-on-one bike sessions happen either at your home or at the studio, on a stationary trainer, and include:

  • One hour with Coach Jason
  • Comprehensive analysis
  • Video analysis (when applicable)
  • Individualized drills
  • Email follow-up with tailored workout

RUN

Chances are, you know how to run. But do you know how to do it well? Improve your time and lower your risk of injury with a one-on-one run session.

Sessions take place at the track, or on a treadmill in the studio, and include:

  • One hour with Coach Jason
  • Comprehensive analysis
  • Video analysis (when applicable)
  • Individualized drills
  • Email follow-up with tailored workout

STRENGTH

From first-timers to elite triathletes, every triathlon participant can benefit from strength training. A consistent, targeted strength training routine will improve your performance in all 3 sports and minimize your risk of injury.
