As an alternative to 1-on-1 coaching, this package includes a progressive training plan, sessions in the pool, open water, indoor bike computrainer classes, road rides, group runs, guest speakers, team tri-kit and more.

Completing the progression you need to prepare for half distance racing – monthly, weekly & daily
Improve form, build strength, endurance and speed
Build strength, fitness, endurance & the occasional brick session leading up to the 90km distance
Learn to control efforts using zone training, improve efficiency and build mental stamina
Get a competitive advantage with an open water swim, bike and run on the actual course
