Let’s get this out of the way—I am not a three-time national champion.
In fact, I have never podium finished in my age-group; not yet anyway. I am just a regular guy with an “extra-regular” passion for triathlon.
I completed my first race, in 2006, on a really heavy mountain bike. Without guidance, proper training, or really any clue, I completed that race. Although I struggled, one taste was enough to rope me in for life.
Since then I have competed in several endurance races of varying lengths with many personal successes, and I continue to train and set new goals.
I have trained as a coach and personal trainer under experts in both Canada and the U.S. But I can also draw upon my own experience to put myself in your shoes (and goggles), because I have been there, on the other side of the coaching equation.
I began this business to help others who find themselves “tri-curious”. Those who want to discover triathlon or improve their past performance , or simply to work with others in an upbeat social environment.
